This week, we were doing training sessions at one of our top distributor’s call center. We got to sit with different members of their outbound team, coaching them on finding Bud opportunities and assisting them in closing the business. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the customers, more about how the distributor goes to market, and to marvel at how much sales talent there is in our distribution network.
One of the biggest hits of our discussions was when we advised the customer that we had a free 28 page Enclosure Design Tips Brochure ready for their instant download.
