Asher Haas successfully completed Digi-Key’s Breadboard Family Camp
Bud Industries is well recognized as a premier electronic enclosure manufacturer but our breadboards are among our fastest growing products. I discussed this in last week’s blog about our selection as a part of the Digi-Key Family maker camp with their topic of “Learn to Breadboard” which featured not only our breadboards but also our jumper cables. I am pleased to report that the camp was a huge success as demonstrated on the video (see link below) of Asher Haas, a 5th generation Bud marketer, and his father Josiah Haas, Bud Industries president, enjoying the process.
Best of all, it was successful with the creation of a Light Theremin. Kudos to Digi-Key for coming up with great ways to keep kids not only entertained but hopefully entranced with our industry during this time of limited “in person” contacts. And most of all, kudos for my brilliant grandson Asher who did such a great job. Check out the time lapse video of him completing this project https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=penqiEaFBO0.
