Bud Industries’ EXN Series sets a new standard for extruded aluminum enclosures. While extruded boxes are often very basic, these come with a high-style finish available in five different colors and endcaps that are polycarbonate colored to match the box, or black powder-coated die-cast aluminum.
Not only is the EXN stylish, but it has great functionality. Its grooved exterior allows for rapid heat dissipation, and also adds to the visual appeal. Slots are provided internally, to ease PC board installation, or, if you prefer, optional PC boards specifically designed to fit the box are available.
Another unique bonus feature is that these enclosures are rated IP 66 due to their easy-to-install gaskets meaning they are ideal for use on factory floors or outdoors.
Wall- or equipment-mounting is a breeze with the optional mounting brackets.
With 17 sizes ranging from 1.7 x 1.4 x 2 inches to 7 x 2.4 x 8.25 inches, their applications are endless.
