The IPS series is an exciting addition to Bud’s extensive line of NEMA or watertight enclosures. Made from rugged ADC-10 aluminum alloy, it is physically capable of withstanding almost any blows from the outside.
The unique external screw closure and tongue and groove style of gasketing allows for the box to be rated at IP 67, which means not only can it withstand a strong water spray, but it can also be submerged in up to 1 meter of water on occasion. As you can see, despite undergoing these rigorous tests, the paper inside, and of course, your sensitive electronic equipment, stays dry.
Other features include multiple mounting bosses in the base, captive screws for closure, and optional wall or equipment mounting feet. Available in 18 sizes, these boxes are in stock now for immediate delivery.
